Beau Peyton

I'm a native Southerner that's spent nearly my entire life in the deep South. My educational background is in liberal arts, mostly History and English, and my keen interests are the natural and cultural history of the American west, the Mississippi Delta and the unification of social, economic and ecological theory.

Major influences on my work are Edward Abbey, Gary Snyder, Robinson Jeffers and Lew Welch.

When I'm not writing, I run a technology company in Memphis.
