Crowd

Crowd is an online literary journal that seeks to legitimize publishing poetry and prose on the internet by offering readers and writers ways to engage with literature through compelling web design, commentary, and vast accessibility. And just like great writing, we plan to last.

We love literature that doesn’t value, as Robert Stewart, the editor of New Letters, puts it: “cleverness, smugness, in-consequence.” We want art with serious purpose.

Crowd publishes fiction, nonfiction, poetry, short criticism, art, and (sometimes) reviews. You are welcome to submit your work to Crowd for consideration.
