JoAnn Balingit

I write poetry and prose. Since 2008 I have served as Delaware's poet laureate, teaching for schools and community organizations. Most recently, I taught poetry classes to youth at the Cleveland White School, a secure-care facility operated by the Delaware Center for Justice.
