Weber Studies

Weber Studies is a tri-quarterly interdisciplinary journal interested in relevant works covering a wide range of topics that provide insight into the environment and culture of the contemporary western United States (both broadly interpreted). For over 20 years Weber Studies has brought its readers some of the best poetry, essays and fiction from established as well as emerging writers including Ann Beattie, Ken Burns, Ron Carlson, Robert Dana, David James Duncan, Gary Gildner, Gary LaFontaine, and Terry Tempest Williams. Our highly respected interview series continues each issue to feature some of the most recognized literary figures in America. Recent interviews include Ken Burns, Barry Lopez, Carlos Fuentes, E. L. Doctorow, and Robert Pinsky. In addition, each issue includes a 12-page color signature featuring important work from a visual artist. Weber Studies also features one international writer in each issue in our Global Spotlight. Upcoming themes include a film focus.
